MEMBERS TESTIMONIES (more to come, is this giong to be you...?)

"I've been training with Stu for a year, and it has been the most rewarding experience I could have ever asked for! Stu is an excellent trainer who really listens to what I want to accomplish with my training, and is emotionally supportive and motivating. Our workouts are always challenging and engaging. I could have never gotten to where I am today without his help and support! I lost 35lbs in just the first three months of training with Stu! I recommend him as a trainer for anybody who wants a challenging and dedicated trainer." - Ashley (Kenosha, WI)

" I started my journey  in October of 2010 when I found out my son was getting married. I worked out on my own and was able to lose quite a bit of weight before the wedding. I also had a goal in mind to finish my first half marathon at Disney, while it took me awhile to cross the finish line I made it. While I felt my progress was good, I just felt like I needed help to continue my journey, thats when I met Stu. In the time that I have been working out with him I have finished another half marathon, cutting 20 minutes off my original time! I have also seen my strength, confidence and general health improve immensely. I have dropped 3 sizes already. I still have lots of work to do, but I know with Stu's help, anything is possible!"-- Margaret (Kenosha, WI)

"Stu Swanson is one of the most knowledgable and hardest working personal trainers that I have had the pleasure of working with on my travels across the upper Midwest. I came across his name while researching personal trainers in Southeastern Wisconsin and appreciated his schooling and obvious strong faith evident in his advertisement. We met for an initial consult and have been training now for several months. He works hard to keep me challenged each week even as he challenges himself to learn to meet my requirements and standards. Beyond his challenging training regiment that I have seen and participated in, he is also a well-rounded man working hard to gain more clients while keeping himself firmly grounded in his faith. He comes highly recommended by this traveling salesman!!" -James (West Bend, WI).
