What to expect from Swanson's Fitness
For the first session will automatically be a free 45 minuet complimentary session to assess you. The first half hour spent acquiring BMI, body fat %, circumferences (optional), weight, vo2 score, height, medical history, maxes in exercises, your personal goals/habits and ect. The next half hour will be spent on beginning a training session based off of your specific needs. You will be able to ask any questions and i will ask questions to see what you want to achieve. Make sure the Liability form is filled out click the button.
Based on how you perform on your first session will determine how intense/advanced the sessions become. This program will be designed specifically for you to meet all of your needs and goals. I always like to make sure that each client enjoys their workout and feels challenged every time he/she comes in. The most important part of a workout is to feel accomplished and to enjoy the challenge. (CANCELATION POLICY: client must cancel a day to 10 hours ahead of time otherwise session can’t be refunded)

If we drive to you add .45 cents per mile round trip, we will travel over 60 miles and client will pay trainer on site for gas.

Vision: My vision for the future of my company is to build a facility that will be able to provide kids of all ages a free opportunity to get out off the couch! We want kids of all ages to be able to participate in athletic activities in faith building environment!! I also want the kids to be able to learn and understand the truth of the Gospel and the Love of Jesus and to learn how to train, play certain sports, and dicipline the mind, body, and soul.
